A slight mix up on arrival, but Roy the owner was charming and sorted everything out. Spacious apartment with very good shower, quiet and convenient for Arrowtown and Queenstown

Great location, clean room and great staff

We loved everything apart from we never met any of the owners or staff. When we arrived, a note told us which apartment we were in & the key was in the door. No one checked to verify who we were throughout the whole weekend & no one bothered to check us out- we had to just leave the key in the door. Other minor point- we didn't like the wooden slats which let lots of light in compared to curtains.

we loved our stay at Settlers Cottage! super cute, clean and tidy and a really charming spot. really close to arrowtown, about a 5 min walk.

Beautiful, cosy but large resort. Had a great stay as the staff are super friendly and the facilities are great. The only thing that annoyed me was that they add a 7 NZD charge to each room service delivery! Besides that, a great stay and I would definitely go there again!

Nice new hotel close to the airport close to the shops only problem is there is no restaurant on site but don't let that put you off it gets you up in the morning to find food which is only a short walk to the remarkables shopping centre where you can get breakfast dinner tea The rooms are nice and clean you even get a washer,dryer and hairdryer and TV with sky television but don't let that airport And the shops put you off did not hear a aircraft take off or land or any noise from the shops...

Just had a 3 night stay at The Doubletree, really pleased that I booked this hotel. Very clean and tidy room. Top marks.

Everywhere spotless,covered all for kitchen needs. Bedrooms and bathrooms well equipped and a good size. Would throughly recommend a stay here. Convenient for bus routes as well.

Great stay for Family, Wanaka too expensive.

Lovely stay at autoline motel. Fantastic sized room, really comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Location is good, just out of the centre of Queenstown but a short walk to get there. Definitely would stay again!

The hotel is stunning perched in the ridge with amazing views. It’s a little out of town but accessible by uber and a regular bus service. Staff were amazing, food (especially breakfast was great) and quality of hotel amenities first class

There were some modernisations being undertaken however it is very well kept and very convenient for a great bistro bar opposite that obviates need for taxis
