I stayed here for a seminar I was attending in early May 2024.
Property turns out to be in a depressed area (there was a large outlet mall here at one time, attracting several large-chain motels -- Days Inn, Quality Inn, Red Roof, etc. -- but when the mall shut down years ago everything else seems to have deteriorated. All of the surrounding motels seemed to be in the same seedy shape as this Days Inn.
There were no towels in the room (front desk sent some down when I called) and a used bar of soap in the shower, making me wonder if the room had been properly cleaned.
The most glaring thing, however, was that the door had apparently been kicking in at some point, and the safety chain -- which had been torn from the door frame -- was screwed back in with a single wood screw. Slept with a chair pushed against the door and a gun on the nightstand.
I definitely would not recommend this Days Inn.
