The cottage is located in downtown Sparta, close to restaurants, shops, coffee, boutiques, and the local brewery. It is also minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Stone Mountain State Park, hiking, waterfalls, wineries, and beautiful scenic drives.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home. The basement is not included in the rental and remains locked. It contains only the hot water heater and electrical panel.

Access to the ravine area is at your own risk. Guests assume full responsibility when exploring outdoor areas.
