But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.🚫🚬【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.🚫🐈🐕【NO ANIMAL】 Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We\`ve got exemption from Airbnb so please DON\`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. 5\. 🚫👞【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house!
