"Great condo and great location. The view is amazing. Loved being able to hear the ocean at night with the windows open. Condo needs some updating. Master bathroom vanity on the ground is damaged. Was peeling paint in the condo. A couple nights there were a few small ants in the counter. Think they were coming up from a crack on the counter. Can see screws in the ceiling. Easy access to the beach, but did not know we needed a key for the gate. Not the condo owners issue, but there was dog feces...
