On the ground floor: kitchen opens onto the spacious cathedral-ceilinged living room and dining area. The light-filled living room overlooks the terrace and pool. TV with sound bar. Laundry room, pantry, separate toilet, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and walk-in closet, a children's bedroom with two trundle beds (80x200 cm) (can be combined to form a queen-size bed), bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet.  
Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a third bedroom with a 55x75 bed, and a shower room with toilet.  
Fiberglass Wi-Fi. Baby equipment: crib, booster seat, changing mat, and stroller. On-site parking. Underfloor cooling and underfloor heating via a heat pump.  
Outdoors: Covered and uncovered terraces, carport, private enclosed garden of 1600 m² with a private 4x8m swimming pool (1.20m to 1.55m deep), open from May 1 to September 30, secured by a roller shutter. Pool enclosure with toilet and shower. Summer kitchen with refrigerator, sink, pizza oven, Argentinian barbecue, and plancha. Located in a residential area, this contemporary house combines elegance and modernity. This cottage features a private swimming pool in the fully enclosed, tree-lined garden, with no overlooking garden.  
  
The price includes: Rental, utilities, bed linen, end-of-stay cleaning, and bathroom and kitchen linens.
