"The pool and spa area was very nice. The food available at the hotel and spa were very limited. No dairy free options for special coffees and no gluten free options except for raw veggies and fruit cups at the spa canteen. The restaurants were similar. This is not the only place where I have experienced this but I was expecting more from this place as I thought they would have varied guests at their hotel and would want to cater to their needs For the cost the rooms were very well appointed and overall the room was clean. Except for the carpets which were badly in need of a good cleaning"

"We found everything in both our room and the common areas to be very clean. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful - extra shoutout to a man working in pool maintenance who offered to turn the water slide on for our son when we arrived at 9am (the typical slide hours posted start at 4pm). The only thing lacking in the pool area is either more chairs and/or cubbies or somewhere to be able to place belongings. There were maybe 6 chairs and swimmers had all placed belongings on them, so no one could sit. The breakfast is hot and plentiful, and the kitchen staff are quick to replenish anything running low. Our son especially enjoys the complimentary cookies at the front desk. The A/C is cranked up quite high in the hallway so it’s pretty chilly to and from the pool (pro-tip: this walk is better if you wear the room robes! Very cozy)"

"I have to see I haven't stayed in a motel six for as long as I can remember. The room was great no complaints whatsoever Only hiccup was at breakfast. They have hard-boiled eggs and on the microwave it says to put it in a cup of water so it can be microwaved. So I gave this a try and when I took it out and put my fork into it to pull it out of the cup it literally exploded everywhere. All over me and everywhere within a 3 foot radius. My wife and I kind of laughed at it, but it was a mess to clean up, which we started doing. The front desk gal came over and I apologized, but she didn't say anything and started cleaning as well. I explained to her what happened and apologized again, but just got this silent treatment. So I shrugged it off finish my breakfast and left."
