"It's nicely maintained and in a good location in MidTown. However, the valet parking fee is a ripoff. The plus tax comes out to $75.25 per night. As one of the attendants told me, "it's the highest rate in the city." And getting your car is not 'easy in and out,' as it took about 15 minutes+ every time for them to bring my car around. For those prices, hire more staff to make it faster."

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not reflect what was advertised online. Several amenities were either unavailable or not functioning properly, including the ice machines. The air conditioning in my room was only blowing lukewarm air, making the room very uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. In addition, I found the staff to be unprofessional and unaccommodating during my stay. The parking fees were unexpectedly expensive, and the pull-up/entrance area appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I expected a much higher level of cleanliness, service, and comfort."
