"Our stay was a spare of the moment decision, the room was spacious, neat, and clean. The jetted tub was cozy and nice. The bed was comfortable."

"Property is undergoing renovations at time of our visit so pool and hot tub were not available but we were advised of this before we arrived which I appreciated. We had booked an accessible room as my husband had poor mobility. Due to renovations we were not able to have an accessible room with roll in shower but the manager did give us a shower stool which was okay. Staff were pleasant and helpful and we enjoyed our stay. However I’m not clear how a wheelchair user staying on 3rd floor could be safely evacuated from the property in an emergency especially if lifts are out of action."
