"Every one of the staff we encountered was personable and very helpful. The rooms were neat and well stocked. Parking was convenient and accessible. The location was in the center of business and close to the major thoroughfares. This is an excellent choice for travelers."

"The continental breakfast was poorly stocked, and there were hardly any guests eating at the time I was there. They were out of cups, bowls for the oatmeal, out of milk and bacon/sausage. Also the eggs were not even warm. We had to wait forever for someone to come out and stock everything, and when the breakfast stocker did come out she just complained when we mentioned to to her like we were bothering her. I stay in a lot of Hyatt Places and this was one of the worst for continental breakfast we have ever had."

"We loved the breakfast options, the room itself was wonderful. The rest of the hotel was not over all clean. I never leave reviews but I couldn’t get over how unclean it was in the lobby. The kitchen area was clean (where the food resides). There was one girl upfront juggling everything by herself. Every few minutes you would get the strongest smell of marijuana. There were positives and negatives overall."

"Not to bad. Had a bad beer smell on the stairways. But all and all not to bad. Room 206 was upstairs and with all the rooms ac units facing into the hall. Made the rooms hard to keep cool. Wife and I had four of are Grandkids with us and we had plenty of room. Indoor pool was I hit for the kids. A bit slippery. Last bit not least. Area was clean and quiet."
