"Needs a remodel and some new restaurants"

"The person who checked us in was amazing! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. The room was standard. The bathroom was gross. There was hairs all over the floor, the shower was stained and brown, and the toilet stopped the bathroom door from opening to get to the shower. "

"It was super clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed and sheets were very comfy, and the room overall felt like luxury. The location was great for walk-ability in downtown Jackson. My only whines were that the coffee maker in my room didn't work (I just went downstairs), and the soap hadn't been replenished/replaced in my room. I'm sure had I said something, the friendly staff would've made it right. Other first-world whines were what the downstairs bar was incredibly limited, and I had forgotten my toothbrush and they didn't have any to purchase in the snack shop or have any of the cheap ones to give away. Overall, I would totally stay again, and actually booked a night for the next month when I'm in town again."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Fairly clean - had trash pieces left on bathroom floor. No coffee/tea supplies in room. Breakfast was ok - French toast was hard as a rock, but other breakfast items were very good."

"It must be a new facility. It is very clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. It's a Days Inn. You get what you pay for. Skimpy breakfast, no coffee in the room, small room, etc. Great for one night."

"Checkout is 11am..breakfast clised at 9am, really? Security lock on door didnt work..had to change rooms. Air conditioning was noisy..never again. Doors squaked like crazy, guess they've never heard of WD 40. Too lazy to fix large gap in vinyl plank flooring. Forein ownership of course, Wyndam downhill "
