The beds were comfortable, We really enjoyed and made good use of the fire pit. It was all set up and ready to light. Southwest Harbor is my favorite place to stay on the island. Neither of us were aware she had this sensitivity. It did not affect me at all. Amanda came to the rescue and was able to transfer us to another property right on the ocean in the heart of Bar Harbor, essentially saving our vacation. Would have loved one or two spots more of comfy seating. One, 3 person, couch in common space. Made it hard to gather in the evenings. Had to sit on hard kitchen chairs while talking and watching movies together. This is main reason for 3 star overall rating despite this property earning more stars in specific categories.
