"The vibe was so calm and relaxing. The breakfasts had a huge variety of food, and were tasty. The beds were less firm than usual Portuguese standards, but quite firm by UK standards. The pool was a delightful respite from daily life and as it was quiet, we often had the whole space to ourselves. The staff were lovely. The local town was a bit quiet, and developing in tourism. "This is THE place to stay!! Just like coming home. Only 5 lovely rooms all facing the pool. Breakfast is so good and beautifully served at the table by the lovely owners. A big livingroom with many places to sit and read and a help yourself bar. We did the fisherman’s trail and the place is about 15 minuts up from the trail. A nice restaurant nearby. I can really recommend this smal lovely hotel ."
