"The room was very clean, and the owners made it clear that it was small, which we were fine with. The tub/shower was awkward to get in and out of. All in all it was a good visit with our daughter in Kodiak and the room was all we needed for the week."

"I never received the information on how to find the property. After contacting the owners it was straightened out. The place was clean and worked out fine. Nice shower and bathroom we were just hoping for a little more room. The view was good and once we figured out exactly what we had it was fine. A microwave to reheat food and a small fridge to keep things cool. If you want ice you will need to purchase a cooler and ice. This worked out well for 2 people. There is a couch that folds out into a bed but we didn’t use it. I think the price is in line with everything in the area. We were only a few minutes from the harbor to fish so if you are going to fish it will work out fine. I left my glasses in the room when we left and they were mailed back to me which was nice."

"This property was immaculate—we felt like the first people to have stayed there. The kitchen was very well stocked, including plastic wrap and ziplock baggies. Stephanie responded quickly to any questions or concerns."

"Really nice place, but they ought to put a little money into a couch/sofa bed that doesn’t look and feel like it came from the 1950’s. That said, our only complaint. The bed was very comfy."

"The home is comfortable with plenty of coffee. Full kitchen. Could have a good cleaning when you open the windows and the fan in the bathroom, but was nice having a living room and 2 bedrooms. I thought a “sauna” was a hot tub but I think that met a ”sun room”? Katmai Air was amazing to take us to the property if we wanted and picked us up in the morning to head to Brooks Lodge!"
