It was good as it had free car park.
Bad things had no WiFi available or own mobile data wasn’t working.
The bed was shaking and keeps moving .
Was in the middle of nowhere!
Had no breakfast service either .

Apartment was clean and spacious. Communication however is terrible. I sent messages to the property on two separate occasions but they didn’t bother to get back to me. They didn’t send pre-check link either so I had to call a few hours before I was due to check in and they sent the link.

The location is stunning . The room was ok apart from the bathroom smelled.
Some of the improvements were ok .
When you order a £35 pound ribeye a steak knife should be placed on the table
Would have liked some ketchup, nobody to ask same for breakfast.disappointed that they don’t except cash .
Drinks are overpriced & if your serving Guinness put it in a Guinness glass & fill it to the top not a 3” head.
Would I stay again YES definitely.
It’s nice staying somewhere where you’re not worrying if your vans safe.

Enjoyable stay but bed mattress needs replacing in room 409 as it sinks in the middle so not a great nights sleep was had, and the cooked breakfast was a bit tasteless and we couldn’t cut into the hash browns! Not sure we’d stay there again until our issues were addressed.

"The main pro for the hotel is that it is less than a minute's walk to the Hippodrome and is bang in the middle of Chinatown so there is lots of choice in places to eat. It has a small underground car park but the entrance is very tight and there's not much room to manoeuvre in the garage itself. ..."
