Booked a cot but had to ask for it ,,& was told may be none available, if that had been the case the baby would have had nowhere to sleep so we would have had to leave. However one was available & sorted straightaway. Think they need to address this.
Rooms were comfy and clean. Sliding blackout curtain were a unique touch. Corriders needed tlc in some areas especially outside our toom where wallpaper was blistering and peeling. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were excellent.

during the last day of breakfast there was no offering of bacon I believe there should be a contingency plan around this type of minor error but all part of the experience for the guest.
