They stated they'd leave a note for the next shift supervisor to assist, but afyer speaking with the front desk team, no such thing was done. The audacity to ask guests to submit a review online to not be charged the $3 parking fee. I get it...your facility is under construction, but your customer service and service issue resolution should be above and beyond, given the circumstances."

They said that the booking was for 1 night only whereas it was actually for 2. The confusion was cleared after a bit of to and fro, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience."
