"There were scuff marks all over the walls one of the light bulbs in the bathroom was blown out the toilet paper looked like it was from the previous check in it looked used and the shades had holes in them. Our key stopped working after the first day and the breakfast gave us all the runs. It was an awful stay. There were kids coming into our hotel from another hotel using the pool and there was water all over the floors and even in the elevator. "

"We chose this hotel because of the pool.unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance so it was closed. The was a bug in the bathtub. There was a huge crack in the ceiling. The desk chair was failing apart. There was no extra chair in the room that you could sit on. The lobby needed some love. It looked very worn. There was no shampoo and conditioner left in the bottles in the tub. Will not return."

"Hotel is beautiful, staff is extremely friendly, parking is a breeze you have the option to do valet at a fee where you can come and go throughout the day or there is an attached garage that also has a fee but you pay every time you enter. If your only staying for sleep the attached garage is the way to go. The bed are comfy, bathrooms are nice and clean. I slept amazing. The only complaint I have is none of the ice machine had ice. I went to five different floors searching for ice and none of the machines had ice in them. Other than that the hotel was amazing and I would stay again. "

"Front desk guy was great BUT… no… wait for it… toilet paper!!! Like no where! When I called front desk he just said they were out like in the whole hotel!!! Then showed up later with half a roll! New hotel with kitchenettes but literally nothing to use the kitchen with!! No dishes, silverware, cups, dish soap! One small bar of soap for kitchen and bathroom! No shampoo/conditioner/lotion! Not even a full set of towels for two people!!! "

"The receptionist was very nice! The room was clean and comfortable. Only gave it 4 stars because we stayed for 3 days & they didn’t do a room ‘refresh’ we had to take our dirty towels to the front to get clean ones and had to ask them to take our garbage. Otherwise pleasant stay. Side note: Eat at Jimmy’s Pizza at the hotel. Ate there twice and food was phenomenal & it’s all made from scratch! "

"Great property. Easy to get to, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious enough with everything you will need. Beds and sheets are very comfortable! We all slept very well here. Our double queen room came with a pull out couch, perfect for our family of 5. Breakfast was nice, just enough hot options to be filling. Staff was welcoming and kind. "
