The house is beautiful (clean, new and beautifully decorated). It worked really well for a family of four. We have a teen and preteen that need their own space. They each loved their respective bedrooms. The deck was perfect for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The kitchen is stocked for cooking meals at home. The location worked really well for us. We could walk over to the public beach in the mornings.
