 King size master 🛌 with gorgeous en-suite has separate soaking tub 🛁 and spa shower🚿. This home is beautifully designed with too many architectural details to list with amazing detail and craftsmanship.   
 Property is fully furnished 🛋 with no detail spared . Open floor plan, spacious great room with gas remote controlled fire place and flat screen, and gourmet eat 🍝 in kitchen with large island is a wonderful place to entertain 🥂.   
 Brand new washer/dryer, butlers pantry and mud room. Attached 1 1/2 car 🚗 garage with plenty of storage. Plenty of parking.   
 Where the country meets the sea 🌊 enjoy all the North Fork 🍴 has to offer. You’re in the middle of beach and Wine Country with tons of vineyards 🍷 and local farms to explore. Beautiful beaches are 2 min away in any direction.   
 Close to the Tanger outlets and so many other shops in beautiful Riverhead as well as the 🦈 Aquarium. You can also take a 10 min drive to beautiful Greenport or hop on the ferry to Shelter 🏝 Island.   
 So much to do or just stay home relax 💤 and enjoy the beautiful tranquil patio, new Weber BBQ 🍗 with its own gas⛽️ line and beautifully landscaped 🌹 enclosed yard.   
 You will not be disappointed. All beach gear, 4 beach chairs, 2 🍺 coolers, beach umbrellas ⛱, wagon etc are included with your stay!!

We had a lovely time at this rental not only because of its amazing location to downtown/local wineries, but its stunning design and aesthetic. We could have just stayed inside to enjoy the fireplace & glorious seating. Beds/amenities were fantastic. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful time spending the long weekend in this pristine, elegant, and fresh-air-filled home. Everything was thoughtfully designed for comfort: stylish interiors, cozy beds, modern baths (exactly as pictured), a perfect deck for relaxing outdoors, and an immaculate lawn. The location is ideal—close to everything North Fork has to offer, from beaches and restaurants to wineries. Don is an outstanding host, incredibly responsive and accessible. Whether we needed quick advice before a wedding or recommendations for the best nearby beach, he replied in real time and made everything so easy. It was a perfect stay, and we will definitely be back!

My husband and I loved, loved, loved this property. It was immaculate and beautifully decorated and had all the amenities anyone needs for a comfortable and convenient stay. We cooked meals with our family and everything that we needed was there for us. It was conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, shopping and of course Greenport. Can't wait to come back again next year!!
