Great location in the heart of North Fork's wine country and a short drive to downtown Greenport and a variety of Southold Beaches and farms. The deck is made for summer dining with stairs to the spacious backyard and outdoor shower. The house is equipped with bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Association beach is located at the end of the block, a short walk from the front door. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with closets and dressers in each room. As well as a large hall closet located upon entry for excess storage. We felt at home from the first night. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a wonderful meal. The grill was fantastic. Central air and excellent WiFi made everything comfortable and easy. House was also just a few minutes drive or easy cycle to Southold and surrounding area. During our spare time, we really enjoyed the month of July at the beach, cycling around the North Fork and checking out wineries and many great restaurants.
