"Stunning post and beam home with great views. Spacious main floor - and still entirely cozy. Extremely well equipped kitchen and home in general. Master bedroom and bath are enormous. 2nd floor bedrooms nice but less spacious. Basement bedroom nice with open family room, high step up to bathroom. Had an issue upon arrival but owner responded immediately and resolved it right away. Owner was very accessible, polite and helpful.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would consider staying again."

"This home is truly magical and luxurious all wrapped up in a beautiful farmhouse, surrounded by a country landscape that’s just far enough off the main road to give you that secluded feel, but not so far out that you feel like your isolated. My family and I spent three nights here over the new year holiday and it was just perfect. Everybody had space in the house. The house was perfectly furnished. The pictures do not do it justice and communication with Sharon was perfect. The kitchen was so well stocked there’s even Tupperware to put your leftovers into the fridge. It’s a true chef’s kitchen, which allowed us to cook all our meals there with ease. We had family movie night on the couch, where everyone was able to relax and stretch out and we were able to get in Family game night on the huge dining room table. It’s a beautiful, beautiful, home where we could come together as a family and spend a few days just being together and enjoying each other‘s company, but everyone still had enough space where we were not on top of each other. The Internet was easy to add on and worked excellent as one of my family members was able to work from home for one day with no problems or Internet connection issues. This home is luxurious, welcoming, and feels like home! We didn’t want to leave!! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!! Thank you Sharon!!"

"What this property might lack in charm and tidiness, it delivers with spacious accommodations, comfy beds, contemporary bathrooms, and good communication with the owners. We appreciated their efforts to deal with the property not being clean or prepared for us. As regular renters on a couple of sites, we are grateful for reviews that give us a good picture of whether a house will suit our needs. This house has a lot to offer large groups. If you are looking for a property in a great part of Vermont, secluded at the end of a long dirt driveway, with ample bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and a spectacular great room with a big dining table (though fireplace is only source of direct heat), this house may suit your needs. For our weekend, we noted a general untidiness both on the grounds and in the house. Several items were broken or in need of repair/replacement and there were nonfunctioning outlets; for those who like to cook, the new gas stove served us well but the kitchen cabinets were unorganized and dirty. We are grateful when a property reflects an owner's attention to detail and makes renters feel welcome. Unfortunately, this house didn't sufficiently meet our needs. Thank you to the owners for responding to our concerns quickly and as they were able."
