"Great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants, Classic historical hotel with awesome outdoor seating area. Rooms were comfortable but dated. In window air conditioner and ceiling fan were noisy making sleep somewhat difficult. Restaurant and bar were good."

"We've been going to the Expedition Lodge for years. The property is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and it's close to great hiking and downtown. This time we were surprised to find the free breakfast replaced by a restaurant. Not sure if that's only in-season, but it was empty both days we were there. Not that differentiated from others in that area now unfortunately. Plus one night our next door neighbor's dog barked for 2 hours straight while the owner was out."
