Great place to stay

The house was great for a golf trip with some friends. Its centrally located to just about anything you want to do in the area. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back.

Golfer’s Dream House

This home is the perfect set-up for 8 golfers. Lots of rooms with plenty of beds and all the after-golf entertainment to make for perfect golf weekend. We would definitely book this same house on a return to Pinehurst.

Very nice house in a great location. Great layout with plenty of room for 8. Only minor complaint was that beds in Master Bedroom had seen better days. I would stay here again when back in the Pinehurst area.

Father/Daughter Outing

Had a wonderful stay for a 5 family Father/Daughter weekend outing. The house was perfect for our group, multiple beds in all 5 bedrooms made sleeping for a large and diverse group easy, and the accommodations were excellent. Everything was comfortable and the house made for a fun getaway. This would be perfect for a guys golf getaway, or a weekend getaway for multiple families.

dream house for 8 golfers

Ideally located for golfers. Home is perfect for eight, with each person getting a full size bed or better. More than enough space to enjoy yourselves and plenty of room to prepare your own meals and kick back and enjoy. We will be back each time as long as the unit is available.

This was my 2nd time at this property and it was equally satisfying. The space and layout was very accommodating for several families at once. The game room in the basement was the center of attention for the kids and young adults. 5 stars once again.

Bachelor Trip

What an epic weekend and this house made it even better. We had plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space to hangout even with the size of our group. Having the downstairs game room was awesome we mainly hangout in that room all weekend. Location was awesome right down road from Pinehurst Country Club and surrounded by golf courses. Plenty of space for cars to park. We fit two in the garage and 6 in the driveway just overall an amazing weekend.

Spacious comfortable home in quaint neighbothood

This is a comfortable spacious home. Great accommodations for family my family. We loved the pool table, card, table, putting room, theater, and fire pit, it was a reunion for my family, children and grandchildren and we all had a wonderful time. Plenty of seating for everyone and a well equipped kitchen. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The tubs and showers were still quite dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves. We also found some issues we needed to repair from the previous guests who were very disrespectful of this wonderful home. We would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable home, in a pleasant and convenient location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great experience. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, and nicely laid out for family and friends to gather when desired and for privacy when needed. Some observations/recommendations:- The Wi-Fi does not appear to be secure.- The outlet to the left of the range top is fried.- The ice-maker in the game room (downstairs)smelled of mold a little because water was left in it (I cleaned it, but it needs a deep clean)- The Fridge filters (water/ice) need to be replaced- The drains in the upstairs bathrooms need attention. Showers and sinks were slow to drain, and the toilet in the shared bathroom required two flushes (most of the time)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My brother, son and nephews gathered here to celebrate a soldier's progression to SF. The home was big, good looking and well located to get to everything we wanted to in Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Fayetteville. The appliances were all new, the TVs were of good quality and we enjoyed time on the pool and poker tables and a brief visit to the putting green. A few drawbacks: the wifi code that was sent to me in an email did not work and it took an hour and 4 phone calls to get sorted with the management team, only one of the many pool cues had a felt tip on the end and the display of vintage golf clubs in the putting room spontaneously dropped off the wall while we were playing. Small inconveniences but a few details that can be easily straightened (wireless password should be in the home, not something emailed).

Other places we’ve stayed didn’t compare to this house. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the large outside deck was awesome. Looking forward to coming back next year.
