"Front desk folks were very welcoming and helpful. The woman working breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and working non-stop in the morning keeping the breakfast buffet stocked and helping everyone with questions. We are still waiting for an explanation as to why the $50 charge for incidentals has not been returned and we have no idea why there is a $15.00 fee on our invoice."
