"The hotel stay was a good experience. They don't have free parking, but you can use the paid parking which is 200 meters away and the charge is reasonable to your pocket. The staff was good, supportive."

"The hotel is clean, the beds are confortable but the pillows a bit less to our liking. A bit hard. We had a triple room, for 3 adults. It was very small with our 3 suitcases. The bathroom was also small and I wonder how big people can shower in the that small enclosure. There is plenty of hot water, which was appreciated. The staff was welcoming and super nice bending over backward to help us. Breakfast was good, plentiful. If you are a coffee lover however, you will need to go elsewhere for your morning coffee. Overall, an ok place to explore Bursa. "
