"Front desk staff were fine, but the cleaner on my floor didn't seem physically well, so my room was half made, and the new tissue box was soaking wet, so that was the state of the tissues. On the third day they must have changed cleaners so the room was looked after properly. I didn't want to complain, since I didn't want to clearer to lose her job. I think she just needed a break."

"Very comfortable room. Parking is easy. They should have a few tables dedicated for the Sunday buffet for customers who stayed the weekend. They should also have the ability for customers who might want a coke late at night to purchase from front desk or a self serve alcove. Front desk attendant acted like we were from Mars when asking where we could get a bottle of coke. Also acted a little bewildered (and snooty) when we then asked if there was a vending machine anywhere. Tired of being...

"Spacious room with very comfortable beds and comfy pillows. Stayed overnight during the road trip, the location was purfect with many restaurants and bars within a walking distance."

"Our only complaint was the noise coming from neighboring rooms. At 1 AM we heard adults, shouting, children, screaming, and crying, and the TV volume was extremely loud. Encouraging guests to follow the noise ordinance would’ve made for a better rest as we were waking very early for a flight. The shuttle service, however, was extremely helpful and on time."
