"The front office girl checking us in was the friendliest I've ever met, she was great. The room air was extremely stale and smelly, which usually subsides once the fans get going, but this room didn't change. Very patchy attempts at repairs and repainting. White doors very dirty around doorknobs."

"Parking was easy, the staff was friendly and accomodating and the room was clean The common areas were filthy, dining area, public bathroom, halls. The trash can in the dining area was so dirty I didn't want to get close enough to put trash in."

They charged my card at noon, check in is at 3p and refused to reverse charge and let the others pay for their own room. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The rooms stunk, the towels were stained and dirty."
