You see the staff working throughout the day making sure that the rooms are to the customers expectations. "Absolutely amazing stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. The room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail was well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

"Lobby was lovely and updated with beautiful water fountain. Staff were extremely helpful. Parking was a nightmare, paid to have it included in our room but gate never worked properly, room key was supposed to open gate and we had to call for them to open & close every time we left lot. Pool area could use a refresh, tiles missing or uneven, lots of hair all around pool area (had a cheerleading conference there) and kids splash pad has turf missing in areas. The locked gates to the pool are off kilter so it’s difficult to open and close."

"You would want to bring your own cleaning supplies, the kitchen was partially clean, microwave was not cleaned at all, Bathroom shower walls had hair, check bed sheets, found long strands of hair when I pulled back to comforter blankets, had nice view, quick access to the beach and kids love the different pools,"

"Very big place, very clean and very friendly. Its like walking around a jungle inside. Way too expensive for food and drinks. Gift shops are a joke for there prices. 50 bucks for a tee shirt!"
