"It’s a very well maintained property and the check in/out process was very smooth as you can just walk in and go to a kiosk to complete all processes. Everything is automated which saved time for us."

"Amazing holiday trip. Clean pools, lots to do, food /drinks are decently priced. Only thing i would say is that the rooms are outdated , our AC didn't work most of the trip correctly until we had someone come out and it started to work. Fridge was leaking water, dishwasher didnt properly clean the 1st time around, needed to run it twice. Overall , great but the rooms could Definitely use an upgrade. "

"The staff were absolutely amazing! From checking in, valet, bar, and the service staff around the beach- except for our last day. We were at the beach for over 6 hours and didn’t see one person come around for food. The other bad was housekeeping. We would leave around 10ish and be out of the room until about 5 and our room was never clean. In 5 days, our room was cleaned twice!!! On the last day, they came after 6 asking if we wanted our room cleaned and we declined because we were getting dressed for dinner. The cleaning carts would be in the hall when we left in the morning so not sure why our rooms were never cleaned 6-7 hours later. It was a decent stay but don’t think I will be back. One last thing…the nightstand lamp looked like it had not been dusted in months. You could see the layer of dust from a distance. "

"The room was great! There is a little take out spot on the parking lot (the owner is from Guatemala, I think). They have nice tasty dinner and breakfast options, must try if you are staying here!"

"Customer service is terrible. The management of this property is extremely poor. Be prepared to wait for your room to be ready. Check in starts at 4 and we waited in line for over an hour just to be told our room wasn't ready. Then to proceed and wait until 10 pm when we finally went back up to the desk to demand one be ready since we have little kids. Waiting 6 hours for your room to be ready is ridiculous. The food and drinks are over priced. The nice restaurant looks like nothing online. It is not fancy- it is build your own burger and burrito bowls. The water park is nice and the property. It is nice it is not in the hustle and bustle of Disney but still close enough to go to. Only about 10 minutes from Disney "
