"The room was clean. Access had an issue with the elevator but they were working on it. The ONLY issue we had was the shower faucet needed repair."

"Wasn't a fan of the breakfast, but the room was clean and customer service was great. Also, pet friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again. "

"$300+ a night and they cut every corner possible! For a party of four, we had to ask for pillows, bath towels, shampoo and conditioner and the real deal breaker was there was no food or COFFEE at their advertised continental breakfast!"

"This was by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The entire property appeared filthy and completely neglected. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned, there was a dead bug in the bathtub, and the room looked like it had not been properly maintained or cleaned in a very long time. The ceiling was literally crumbling, which made the entire place feel unsafe and run down. Everything about this hotel felt dirty and poorly cared for. I would never stay here again under any circumstances. Highly do not recommend. Steer clear of this place."

"Got to room Sunday night— had previous person’s trash still in room and message light on phone flashing. Tried retrieving messages- would just go to dial tone, tried calling front desk- would just go to dial tone. So went down to front desk with trash can. Attendant apologized and said phone would be fixed Monday. Monday night- phone still not fixed. Tuesday morning went back to front desk— was told the guy was already in building and it would be fixed Tuesday. Tuesday night still not fixed. Wednesday morning- front desk says not sure what happened- but will take care of it. Wednesday night- still not fixed. Tuesday and Wednesday had dog barking near by room- had choice either get dressed and go downstairs to report Or just ignore- choose to ignore since otherwise front desk had not been helpful. Checked out Thursday morning was told complaints would need to be filed through booking company for partial refund. "

"Room was very clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. Hot and cold breakfast options. Guest laundry was great. Gym looked good, shame I didn’t have time to use it!"
