Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Check in was not great. We got into the main building OK, but then room we had booked had a different lock system, a lockbox which we didn't have the code for. We had to call them, and when we eventually got through, we got the lock box code, but there was no key in there! Then they assigned us a different room, but someone was already staying in there. Then they finally got us another different room which didn't seem quite as nice as the one pictured. Room was OK, if a little bare with a mouldy smell. Bed had a very cheap spring mattress that was not very supportive. TV had no aerial or remote. Shower was ok, but was hard to find the sweetspot for just warm and not ice cold or scalding. Was OK for the price though and not too far from city centre and train station. Good buses up the near there too.
