O espaço é bom, mas pode melhorar se for colocado um banco para abertura da mala. Precisei abrir e permanecer com a mala no chão, pq não havia um suporte para a mala. O banheiro também pode melhorar se for colocado um aquecedor de toalhas, visto que as toalhas estavam sempre frias e úmidas , pois não tinha nem porta toalhas ou como pendurar qualquer outra roupa para saída do banho. O entorno do flat é bem simples. A limpeza é muito boa, sem problemas.
