The hotel was clean and tidy, the beds were particularly comfortable as well. We paid for breakfast both days we were there, while it wasn't amazing it still filled a hole to keep us going. Parking was the biggest issue really, £12 for overnight each day was expensive, Overall great for the price we paid and the staff were all friendly, helpful and polite

This is well-situated hotel close to the city centre. The staff were friendly, flexible and efficient. I had to delay my checkout for an hour and staff were most amenable. I’ve had better breakfasts but overall, I had a positive experience and will likely rebook the next time I am staying in Sheffield. Lastly, the hotel has a relationship with the car parking facility across the road and I paid £24 for two days and two nights. Big thumbs up.

The hotel was in a great location in the city centre, with lot's of shops, bars and cafes near by. Parking was very close by and there was a discounted rate of £12 for 24 hour parking for hotel guests. The hotel overall could benefit from a refurb and I would not bother having the breakfast again due to a limited selection and it was not as warm as I would like. The Duty Manager Simon was fantastic, we had some issues with our initial room and he helped resolve the issue immediately. Overall, it was a budget friendly hotel providing a good central base and the customer service was great.
