Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. Got to enjoy a swan floating on the pond!Only issues we had were none of the TV's worked; the game room in the basement had a terrible musty smell; a cable line from the house to a pole was extremely low and you had to be careful getting in and out of your car in the driveway. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, and pots and pans (although the pots could use a little update). The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed...much appreciated! And we loved having our morning coffee on the deck, watching the swans sail by on the pond. Aside from a minor inconvenience of having to use the basement refrigerator (the kitchen fridge had a temperature issue), we enjoyed our visit and will definitely consider returning on our next visit to the Cape. The youngest, age 6, loved fishing with her cousins, and they all went kayaking and canoeing too. The house is comfortable and situated perfectly overlooking the pond-- and in the quiet neighborhood. We were able to get to both W. Dennis Beach and Mayflower beach in minutes. It would've been perfect if we had at least until noon the day we left. ( Would it have been enough just to strip beds and leave sheets and towels in the laundry room? We weren't sure about laundry expectations and may have done more work than we were expected to-- washing and drying sheets and towels. Nice cozy interior and four decent sized bedrooms with ample spaces to be alone. Fully stocked kitchen and a pool table in the basement which was a big plus for our group. The weather was bad so we didn’t go out on the lake but there was a canoe etc… for our use. Great property I would rent it again in a heartbeat. ##### Laura C. Everything was lovely and well kept. The views from kitchen, living and dining rooms were amazing and relaxing. I personally could have lived in the sunroom alone. Everything was there that you could need. I can’t speak for the other rooms, but the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. I appreciated that there were multiple tv’s. This time of year when you can’t do many outdoor activities and having teenagers, they were very helpful. And having the pool table kept all of us busy. Although in a residential setting it was peaceful and private. A few small issues were resolved right away(couldn't get the livingroom TV to allow us to watch a regular TV show). A team member came the next day and it was working when we got back. The one disappointment was we couldn't locate the paddles for the kayaks, although the agreement said use of kayaks and canoe. One air conditioner needs repair and one bedroom had no air conditioning which is an issue in summer. Need some instructions for TV use especially in family room as it had 4 remote controls. Finally figured out only 2 worked and were needed, but some basic instructions helps. One dining table chair unstable, left note, and Terminex came by to spray outside, it worked out but in general not a good idea with pets or kids even outside. ##### Rama K. It is perfect for families. A nice beach behind the house was perfect for our grandchildren. Kayaks and other water toys were great for the adults. I highly recommend it for families. ##### Niels V.
