Completely renovated three bedroom home located in South Yarmouth. Just .7 miles to popular South Middle beach, or .9 miles to Smugglers beach. Other amenities include smart tv's in the living room and primary bedroom, window a/c in each bedroom, eat in kitchen, and washer/dryer (located in primary bedroom). The hardscaped back yard offers a firepit and plenty of seating to roast your marshmallows on those warm summer nights. New outdoor shower and grill for the 2024 season.

Nearby restaurants and attractions include Skull Island Sports World (putt putt, batting cages, arcade), Gerardi's Cafe (Italian), Dairy Queen, Seafood Sams, 908 Bistro, and the best pastries at Scapicchio's Bakery!

16 Danbury is a lovely choice

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was a cute place, clean with some updates to it which was nice. The 2 bedrooms could use mirrors, and have a light blanket for each bed and pillows, beside the ones in the shams. The driveway is shared with the home nextdoor, so only 2 cars for this rental, not 3 as described. Wrong keys were given to us, and fortunately the house came with a keypad. I thought Martha Murray Real Estate was very good to work with, prompt, informative in their communication emails. With the exception of one individual who was somewhat condescending in her responses to my questions. With the exception of that, I would recommend this rental for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay last week at 16 Danbury. The house was clean and in a great location. Our only complaint is the 1 bathroom in the house., which is quite small with no storage space for your things. There is also an outdoor shower so that helps. Window ac units were fine and kept most of house cool during the hot and humid week. Overall, great place and great week.

Great Yarmouth location that's close to everything!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location! The house was warm and inviting. I only have a few recommendations for the owner or property management team:1. Put a mirror in the other bedroom. The only mirrors in the whole house ate in the bathroom and the primary bedroom. Everyone kept gathering in the primary to get ready before dinner... it was annoying to say the least. 2. The kitchen could use a larger pot and some tongs for grilling or in our case, grabbing the lobster! 3. The AC in the primary bedroom is literally at your head. We had to move thr bed out a bit just to turn it on. Maybe put the unit in the window by the couch in the primary or move the bed? 4. The 3rd bedroom could use a TV like the others. This would prevent siblings from fighting over who gets the room with the TV to watch after a long day out at the beach and in town. 5. Please get a better vacuum! That thing was pitiful and didn't pick anything up. Especially the millions of pebbles coming from the backyard bonfire area. A small rug would be a good option too, to help with that. 6. We had several spiders in the outside shower area. There was also a larger one in the house. It kept it's distance and we named him Henry. He's clearly on security detail. Overall, it's a great house to stay in! It is roomy and spaced out well.
