It’s within about a 15 minute walk to the beach and really close to all the amenities on route 28 in south Yarmouth. Cyndi was responsive and easy to get in touch with. She helped us out with linens for the beds (note that they are not included) but we were flying in and didn’t bring them since we didn’t realize this until we were already here. The beaches are nearby and other towns such as Dennis and Hyannis (check out main st.) are also convenient. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids. I think 6 people would be the max I would recommend. 1 bathroom and the kitchen is on the small side but overall would recommend this house! ##### Amanda O.
