Charming cottage just a short walk to the beach!

  • Charming and cozy beach cottage just a 10 min walk to the warm and inviting ocean beaches of South Yarmouth. The house is also a 2 minute drive from the fun amenities of Route 28 (miniature golf, water park, shops, ice cream, grocery). 20 minute drive to vibrant Hyannis downtown with ferry service to the Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Inside you'll find a bright and clean floor plan with galley kitchen and open living room with flatscreen smart TV. 2 bedrooms with ample closet space and dressers for storage with nautical decorations! After a day at the beach, rinse off in the extra large cedar enclosed outdoor shower/changing area. Then relax on the new large Azek deck at the patio table! Lounge in the private back yard and enjoy a snack at the picnic table or kick back at the gas fire pit! Enjoy some lawn games! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. After a week here, you won't want to leave! Come relax and enjoy Cape Cod living! Sat-Sat bookings only in the summer (June, July, August)!
