The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd or 4th time renting this property It is always immaculate and several upgrades were made such as a new shower head and kitchenware and bathroom floor mats, lighting and light fixtures, and a new mattress (I think). All appreciated. The only suggestions I have is that the main couch on the breezeway facing the tv is very uncomfortable to sit on and probably needs to be replaced. And the fact that I was going to be late to pick up the keys, so I called MMVR to let them know I was going to be late to pick up the keys. I was told they would be in a drop box on the side of MMVR. I showed up 10 minutes after 5 pm and no one was there. No keys had been left in the drop box despite my phone call. Long story short? These things happen but by the time someone got called at home to get me the key - it tacked an extra hour on to what had already been a multiple hours long drive in torrential downpours. Usually MMVR is with it, so I was pretty surprised they dropped the ball on this. But the property itself is immaculate and well cared for.
