Marina Bay Sands

"Marina Bay Sands is an absolutely amazing building and a real experience in itself. The rooms are stunning, beautifully finished and exactly what you would expect from such an iconic hotel. The location is fantastic and very hard to beat. The choice of restaurants is second to none, and the shopping centre is incredible — virtually every designer and luxury brand you could think of is available. The Infinity Pool is something very special and definitely one of the highlights of staying here. The views are spectacular and it’s an experience you won’t forget. The only thing to be aware of is that this is a huge, very busy hotel with quite a business-like feel. There are lots of tourists visiting the hotel and surrounding attractions throughout the day, so it can feel extremely busy. If you prefer a small, intimate or peaceful hotel experience, Marina Bay Sands probably isn’t the one for you. That said, if you want an iconic Singapore hotel with stunning rooms, an amazing location, fantastic restaurants, world-class shopping and that incredible Infinity Pool, Marina Bay Sands is certainly an experience worth having."

"Overall, we had a pleasant short stay at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, our check-in experience was disappointing. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but our room was not ready until approximately 3:30 PM. I had also contacted the hotel beforehand to request an early check-in, so it was particularly frustrating to arrive and find that the room was not even available by the standard check-in time. That said, I really appreciated how the staff handled the situation. They were apologetic and helpful, offered my wife and me two complimentary drinks each at the restaurant while we waited, and also upgraded our room. These gestures were genuinely appreciated and showed good customer service in response to the inconvenience. The main issue for us was that this was our only night in Singapore, so even a 30-minute delay made a meaningful difference. We had a packed itinerary and wanted to see as much of the city as possible, and the delayed check-in affected our plans and reduced the amount of time we had to visit the attractions we had planned. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice, and the staff did a good job of trying to make up for the delayed check-in. We enjoyed our stay, but I do wish the room had been ready on time, especially given that I had requested an early check-in in advance."

"Very clean room and property. No fridge nor toothbrush/paste. Electric kettle, hair dryer included -acceptable. Room is small but cosy. Bathroom lacks ventilation. Daily breakfast selection was kmited but adequate. Filtered water and machine coffee available. Professional, courteous and helpful staff. Great location -close.to public transport and plenty of food options in the mall"

Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

"Rooms are quite small for the price. But it's the Sentosa island tax so you're paying for convenience of being on the island. Our room had a bathtub shower which again for the price wasn't ideal. The buffet breakfast was well worth it. Was very easy to get around via the monorail."
