"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. "This hotel has its positives, nice location, beach is beautiful, friendly staff. But the adults side is lacking given you have to go to the other side for most meals. The better beach is on the other side too. Room cleanliness is hard given the bugs that fly in if your patio door is open. "This resort is great for families with young children. I don’t have young children so I chose the adults only restaurant for the included breakfast. There’s a choice of 3 restaurants. The resort is huge. There are 2 pools available for everyone (and a 3rd pool in the snobs only Reef Wing 😊). Once we discovered the pool Next to Taleki restaurant, we didn’t bother with the main pool. It was much quieter and easier to get a lounge. Staff were without exception truly lovely. Friendly, helpful and apparently happy. Drinks, food and snacks were super expensive, so take plenty of snacks from home, or stock up at a local supermarket. We ate at the Junction Cafe (Chinese menu) a couple of times. It’s right next to the resort. The food’s very good and at a reasonable price. 4 stars"
