"The resort is nice, but it's pretty far from town. The staff at the restaurant are friendly, but the check-in staff are not very courteous. They didn't offer us any drinks when we arrived. They aren't very accommodating. I don't feel like I was taken care of like at other 5-star resorts I've stayed at in the past."

"Ground floor room (standard room),all I had to do was walk 4 steps straight into the pool.Made it perfect for relaxing..No having to go up & down stairs or trying to find a sunlounge by the pool.. Only disappointment was only "Tepied water,,at all times of the day couldn't get it hot.. even after mentioning at reception..A retail shop would be nice to buy souvenirs...We did make use of the shuttle (not free,.)into Nadi... allowing you 2hrs to look around B4..it picks you up.... Beautiful Ocean Front Property.... Stunning."

"The overwater bungalow was a beautiful experience. The amenities were plentiful, it is very hard to be bored with the included amenities. From making hats, to kayaking, snorkeling, etc all on the property and can be reached either from a short walk or swim. The staff were kind and pleasant to be around especially Ms. Barbara. "
