"For a Hilton brand we felt it was a little lacking in standard of service for the money. The staff were great but seemed to lack a little direction at times . Probably look at other options the next time we come to Fiji for the money we spent."

"Our room was modern, the bed was firm and so comfortable, our room was made up each day and fridge was restocked with waters and milk. Staff were amazing! Just needed a microwave in the family rooms and be allowed to enjoy our food bought from outside, somewhere on the many hotel tables/chairs (eg. by the poolside watching the kids)."

"今回は超大型台風は直撃し、ラウンジが使えず、緊急に1階でのサービス対応となりましたが、食事や飲み物については最大限努力していただいて感謝しております。 ただ2日延泊となりホテルから出られず、缶詰状態となってしまいました。ルームクリーニングは一生懸命やっていただいたと思います。 ただ、残念でしたのは全くバルコニーが使えず、部屋の中にソファーが運び込まれたため、非常に狭い状態でした。 多くの点で通常の場合、よりもサービスは落ちてるので、スタッフからのお詫びの声かけがなかったのも残念でした。 またスポーツジム設備が日航ホテルと共用のため外にあり全く使えず残念でした。 ホテル内にスポーツジムの設置を是非検討ください。"

"Arrived early after an overnight flight and we were given towels so we could shower and freshen up, and they checked our bags. Check in was at 3pm so we wandered Papeete for a while. Got back to the hotel at about 11:30am and our room was ready. This hotel could not be more central and since we like to walk it was the perfect location for exploring. The room was clean and spacious, with a mini fridge, cooktop and microwave. This was appreciated because we were looking at 4 weeks of restaurant meals. I highly recommend this hotel, and there is a banging bar on the rooftop with local musicians performing their traditional music."

"Good location. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Great staff. Room was clean. Bedding, curtains could be updated. The tiles around the pool could be redone/cleaned as it makes the area a little neglected which is a shame because the pool is beautiful. I’m being a little more critical as I was coming from spending 3 nights in a beautiful resort on Bora Bora."
