They are friendly, helpful, attentive and so, so supportive. I have stayed here before and I will keep coming back each year as it truly is a wonderful place to stay. "Our first family holiday in Fiji and the Intercontinental Fiji Resort exceeded our expectations. The staff were attentive in all areas of the resort making our stay a delight. "The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location for sunset and beautiful location, gardens are so nicely kept. The room was adequate for our needs. Great day spa, thanks Rosa for the amazing deep tissue massage. Great Island night and breakfast was a hit with the kids. Able to see the humpback whales while eating breakfast in the morning, how amazing. Really efficient with meals at the restaurant with so many people ordering. Nice atmosphere and local bus pulls right into the resort making getting around the island easy. Also rented a car from rental car place onsite, really easy. Nice and close to airport for our early morning flight, cannot hear the planes from the resort. Excellent place, we would love go back."

"The bungalow we stayed in was dreamy. Honestly a big plus for our honeymoon. The à-la-carte restaurant (they have 2) was also good, and the staff was friendly. Location was perfect, in close proximity to Matira beach, where the sunset is amazing, and just a short drive/ride to the main city if you ever feel like going to it."

"I have stayed at the Hideaway for the past ten years. Although there are many other prestigious resorts at the Coral coast, I love staying at the Hideaway because the bures are only steps away from the beach, it is a place of peace, the resort is not too big and therefore not impersonal and all of the staff are so caring and friendly and a big shout out to the manager Miva who would do anything to make sure you all of your needs are catered for. Only negative is the poor internet connection."

"The Sheraton is an exceptional resort very clean organised and the staff were top notch The rooms were clean and very comfortable especially the beds. If I was to pick on one thing the water pressure for the shower could have been stronger but that’s not going to stop me from staying there again I would highly recommend staying at the Sheraton "

"Perfect place for a wedding anniversary with spouse and two teens. We could stay in the overwater bungalow - guests needed to be 12+ (keeping it quiet in the area). Most bungalows allowed 2-3 guests but there are maybe 2-3 bungalows that allow 4 guests. This worked out perfectly for us, and we absolutely loved it. We met several honeymooners, and I think they all loved their stay too. This was the absolutely perfect place for us. It's important to know that you must take a ferry to leave the property - it's isolated. "
