They are friendly, helpful, attentive and so, so supportive. I have stayed here before and I will keep coming back each year as it truly is a wonderful place to stay. "The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great location for sunset and beautiful location, gardens are so nicely kept. The room was adequate for our needs. Great day spa, thanks Rosa for the amazing deep tissue massage. Great Island night and breakfast was a hit with the kids. Able to see the humpback whales while eating breakfast in the morning, how amazing. Really efficient with meals at the restaurant with so many people ordering. Nice atmosphere and local bus pulls right into the resort making getting around the island easy. Also rented a car from rental car place onsite, really easy. Nice and close to airport for our early morning flight, cannot hear the planes from the resort. Excellent place, we would love go back."

"I have stayed at the Hideaway for the past ten years. Although there are many other prestigious resorts at the Coral coast, I love staying at the Hideaway because the bures are only steps away from the beach, it is a place of peace, the resort is not too big and therefore not impersonal and all of the staff are so caring and friendly and a big shout out to the manager Miva who would do anything to make sure you all of your needs are catered for. Only negative is the poor internet connection."

"Perfect place for a wedding anniversary with spouse and two teens. We could stay in the overwater bungalow - guests needed to be 12+ (keeping it quiet in the area). Most bungalows allowed 2-3 guests but there are maybe 2-3 bungalows that allow 4 guests. This worked out perfectly for us, and we absolutely loved it. We met several honeymooners, and I think they all loved their stay too. This was the absolutely perfect place for us. It's important to know that you must take a ferry to leave the property - it's isolated. "

"This property is a slice of heaven! Don't hesitate, book it now for a dream vacation. We were only able to stay one night because we were with the cruiseship, but It exceeded all of my expectations. This is the quintessetial French Polyenisan vibe you didn't know you needed. 50 Shades of blue from every ocean angle. Pictures don't do this property justice. It's clean, safe, modern, luxurious and I would give it a million stars if I could for a rating!"

"I love all the amenities in this place, the swimming pools, the slides, the putt putt golf, archery, kayaking, the botanical garden. Even had the chance to watch the circus show at 730pm. My husband and I stayed for 3days and 2 nights and tried all of those things. I highly recommend this place for people with kids, they will definitely have fun! There’s also a restaurant that’s called Sunset BBQ that you can make a reservation and grill some food while watching the sunset (we didnt have a chance to try that, but if we come back, we’ll definitely try it) the rooms are just okay, nothing special. But we did stay on the standard room in Oceana A, can’t say the same about the other part of PIC. "
