Charming & Private Farm House
- The farmhouse sits on 80 acres of meadows and woods, set well back from the road. The largest of 3 spring-fed ponds is over an acre in size and wonderful for swimming. Stratton and Bromley are within 5 miles and Manchester and Weston are within easy driving distances.
The farmhouse was built in 1870 and contains an updated kitchen, dining room, living room, study, 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two fireplaces add to the cozy atmosphere. There is a no-fuss electric sauna house next to the top pond.
