The condo sleeps eight guests between the two bedrooms and a cozy sleeping loft. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor, furnished with a queen bed. A reading chair and wall-mounted flat-screen TV make this room a peaceful retreat, and the hall bathroom has a newly tiled walk-in shower. On the main floor, the second bedroom has a full-size bed and a queen bed. An adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. The third-floor sleeping loft is furnished with both a twin and a queen bed. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
