The overall property of the condos, the lodge and the townhouses are are in need of being updated. There were two elevators with only one working. The only area for families in more than one condo to gather is either on the beach or a patio area—-all other areas only to be accessed by owners not renters. We had family members in multiple units, one of the townhouses that one of our family members rented had mice in the walls and they knew this from the mouse droppings and the food that was eaten on their counters. They did take care of it by setting traps for the mice. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was very clean, quiet at night; all as advertised. Like many places, electronics have bright lights at night so consider bringing a sleep mask. Plenty of clothes hangers! The management company was highly responsive. Would have been nice to have more plates and silverware so we didn't have to keep washing so often. Would also have been nice to have bigger ice trays, but we used the ice bucket to get ice from the main lobby. Very convenient location; close to Whole Foods and many restaurants.
