Our upstairs neighbors were extremely loud very early and late during the day, yet we never heard our side neighbors. A little outdated, but really well stock and clean kitchen! It is small though. Living room is comfortable, everything worked and is in good repair. I also can't say enough about the rental company. They are very good at communicating and follow up. The staff are friendly and have a good sense of humor. Our dvd player was broken and they provided us a new one within an hour! Communication with the host was excellent! The only bad thing I can say is that the mattress was very hard. The beach and beachside pool/hot tub were a short walk and there is an additional pool and hot tub (usually less crowded) right next to the condo at the check in building! The small balcony (no lake view) that is accessed through the bedroom or living area sliding doors is right along the main road so if you’re sensitive to noise this may not be ideal. They did have a sound machine that was very helpful. The condo was well stocked with essentials such as hand and dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, paper towels, makeup cleansing wipes and laundry pods for use in nearby laundry room down the hall. We were pleased to find the unit has 2 large closets and ample hangers which was nice to keep clothes and luggage out of the way. Two kids slept on the pull out couch and no complaints. We would definitely stay in Lakeland village again! ##### Jenny D.
