Second time staying at this property and I will continue to do so! Great proximity to the lake and casual restaurants nearby. Definitely walkable! Love the pool and hot tub. Staff has been super kind and helpful. Fabulous spot.

The hotel was very clean and the pool and hot tub was nice. the only issue was the temperature wouldn’t get set to less than 70

Wonderful, modern hotel with heated outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs, so close to tons of restaurants and Heavenly resort plus views of Lake Tahoe. Highly recommend!

I’m a fan of clear fire exits and this was a bit wonky. Never the less glad an old Tahoe resort is still kicking and doing a good job. Not the best, but certainly not the worst!

Cute little hotel with balconies. Conveniently located near restaurants and bars and semi close to Safeway. Only downside for me was parking at night got pretty full.

Amazing hot tub, minor inconveniences, overall ok
Booked for the middle of week, looked like we were the only ones there one night and only a few other rooms occupied by the Thursday night. Several minor complaints: the mini fridge was a joke (see photo), only four small yogurts fit on the door and a few small tupperwears stacked up. Two liter used a size reference but did not fit in so door could close. I have a lot of food allergies and chose a place to stay based on the fridge/microwave so the fridge was disappointing but luckily I had a cooler and the ice machine worked so we made that work. Room door did not shut automatically behind you so a few times we realized the door was still open after we had been in the room for a while. You had to go intentionally push the door shut for it to close (security concern). Door also did not have a deadbolt/any form of additional lock from the inside (security concern). Balcony door lock did not work so there was an additional metal “lock” in place (see photo). Elevator capacity was 11 people but signs posted limited it to 2 people. On site vending machine was out of order. No main lobby/bathroom access/shared space for waiting. Positives: close parking, good location, AMAZING hot tub (security guards came and closed it at 10 each night and one night kicked out a couple who were using it but not hotel guests), allowed us to check in almost an hour early with no charge, everything was clean, bathroom was really nice given overall room. Would stay here again for good prices.
