Spread across two levels, the villa features modern amenities and a cozy, rustic atmosphere. The first floor includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry room, with the primary bedroom having an en-suite bath and private deck. The second level is the heart of the home, combining a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area, all with beautiful wood accents. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a large island, and a gas grill on the deck. The spacious dining table seats 8, and the living room features a flatscreen TV and gas fireplace. The main level also includes another primary suite with a fireplace, flatscreen TV, and en-suite bath.
